Happy World Vegetarian Day!

Hello, Gamecocks!


It is World Vegetarian Day and we are celebrating all vegetarians today. We work hard to serve diverse dishes here at JSU Dining, and are sharing some of our vegetarian options with you to better serve the JSU Community and those who are vegetarians here on campus.


We love to get creative with our food choice and meals, this week's vegetarian blog post is definitely creative! To be honest, it is a lot easier to find vegetarian options than you think. We did a little research and found out that vegetarianism can help protect against major diseases, which is so awesome to know. Several studies have also shown that a plant-based diet is great for boosting your metabolism, and that plant-based diets can feed more people than meat-based diets can. We are 100% supportive of stopping hunger!
