Good Afternoon, Gamecocks!


Welcome to our first official food blog here at JSU Dining Services. We are excited to begin this journey and to be able to share different food options and varieties here on campus.


Today we are going to give a few different ideas for a healthy breakfast run to get your day up and running with some positive energy!


Freshens Acai Energy Smoothie: size regular, contains organic acai, strawberries, bananas, blueberries & granola, 410 calories, 88g carbs, 73g sugar, and 3g protein!


Freshens Vegan Power Up Smoothie: size regular, contains pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, & plant protein, 320 calories, 71g carbs, 67g sugar, 7g protein!





Chick-Fil-A Yogurt Parfait: one size, contains creamy honey vanilla greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and your choice of toppings, 220 calories, 27g carbs, 8g fat, and 12g protein!
